Building
All projectsSynapse
Synapse is hospital management software for outpatient care, built for one pilot hospital in India. That hospital runs on paper today. It sees 100 to 250 outpatients a day with one regular doctor, a stand-in for leave and a visiting specialist about once a week. One front desk handles reception, billing and the pharmacy. The goal was a real system for that building first, structured so it could later serve other hospitals as a product.
Kaapi
Kaapi started as Brew Notes. That was a private brew journal: you logged your beans, your gear and every cup, so a good result stopped being an accident you couldn't reproduce. It worked, and it was live, but it answered a question only its owner was asking. The bigger gap sat one step earlier. Nobody in India can currently answer "show me a light-roast washed coffee under ₹800 that suits a V60." The coffees exist, spread across a dozen roaster shops with a dozen ways of describing them, and there's no single place to look.
Chapter-1
Chapter-1 began as a set of design mockups. Four screens for a GLP-1 (Zepbound) weight-loss tracker, drawn in Claude Design on a house visual system called "Industry": steel-blue on a pale blueprint ground, square hairline cards with small + registration marks in the corners, a faint 45-degree hatch. The itch was to make them real. Not a screenshot of a tracker but a working one, with the charts actually computing from data and the whole thing behaving, on exactly that design system rather than an approximation of it.
